(שם היצירה – ‘חברים בכל מיני צבעים’) – “בציור מתוארים שני ילדים השונים זה מזה במראה, אך חולקים ביחד קריאה בספר משותף – “חברים בכל מיני צבעים”. שם הספר מתקשר גם באופן סמלי לשונות בצבעים בין החברים המתוארים בציור. ברקע רואים נוף עירוני של מרכז קהילתי, המסמל חוגים משותפים ופעילות של כלל חברי הקהילה יחד. על גגו מתנופף דגל ישראל, שמסמל את האחדות ואת השונות באנשים הגרים במדינת ישראל”.

הציור שלי התבסס על האמרה: “להוציא חבר מהמעגל החברתי זה בדיוק כמו לקרוע שרשרת”. רציתי להמחיש את היחס שצריכה החברה לתת לכל אדם, החברה צריכה לקרב ולא להרחיק מן החברה. ברגע שאדם יוצא מן החברה הוא בודד.
